Will Trump go down as the worst president ever?

I mean, I'm pretty sure he's going to lock up worst modern day president by the end of the year, but can he ever unseat James Buchanan (let the Civil War happen) as the worst president ever?

Since the USA was formed with the first president, there have been really good presidents ( Washington, Lincoln, FDR, etc. ), and really bad presidents ( Grant, Nixon, the recent father and son presidents, etc. ). But, somehow, the Federal Government keeps going on, year after year, decade after decade. That is the case now, no matter how good or bad the president is, the government keep going on and on and on and on .  .  .  .
